Cleanup Day, this Saturday at 2pm. Come eat free pizza and hang out while kind of cleaning things up! An awesome time for a lazy S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y.

President:

Need people to keep operations during summer, so talk to Greg if you want to be officers during summer. Tell your coming high school buddies how cool UTC is, let them check it out during FASET.

Cleanup day on the first day of summer

We are not booking practice time during finals or the week after.

Officer Reports

President:
-If you practice or use the space in anyway, PLEASE LOCK UP WHEN YOU LEAVE.
We’ve had a lot of issues lately.
If you see someone doing it or leaving it open, let the people at the front desk of the Student Center know!
-Trying to find a worker for SATURDAY. Fun, easy, free.
-Next Fall, we will be choosing a new OPEN MIC OFFICER! It would be a great opportunity to ease into that position. It is a paid position.

Summertime things–
-We will continue operations over the summer.
(Practice time, studio time are the same.)
-Weekly meetings every Monday.
-If you are going to be here over the summer, it’s a great time to get involved with the club!
It’ll be low-key and fun. Great way to get more involved.
-Looking for more Advertising Officers for this summer! If you’re into this, come to the meetings or hit up one of the officers to express your interested.
-Open Mics will probably be every 2 weeks in Summer 2013.

We are having jam session next week after meeting.

Not taking emails for booking practice time any more, you have to book it right after meeting. Still, you have to pay for membership and practice fees first.

Treasurer:
Membership dues are 10 dollars a year, you get a free shirt and show!
Practice fees are 15 dollars per semester per person, 5 dollars for the rest of the semester

One locker is open, 20 dollars per semester

We have full functioned recording studio. If you want to learn about recording or you want to use recording studio, talk to Archie.
