-”The Practice Box” is now happening!
It will make it easier to set up and clean up.
It will have the 2 mics, 2 stands, and all the necessary cables you will need to practice.
You can use it tonight!
But be wary, if the speakers get blown, the group signed up to practice will be responsible for paying for the                    damage.
-If you notice anything that is broken or is in need of repair,now is the time to tell us because we have money to buy it, and you will get it sooner.

Vice President:
-If you want to schedule practice times, go talk to Tara after the meeting.
-Keep in mind after practicing:
Lock the doors, put all things away that were taken out, keep it clean!

Treasurer:
-Talk to Nirmit if you want to join the club.
-To practice, it will be five dollars a person because there’s so little time left in the semester.

Advertising:
-Nothing to advertise right now.
-Good news, found funny images on the internet. George Clooney is out on the screens. <3
Send pics of cool things! But they can’t be obscene!
-Looking into getting a giant awesome banner so we can better advertise outside.
-Planning a MIXER EVENT FOR NEXT SEMESTER!

IT Officer:

General Manager:
-Relay for Life and The Waffle Stompers show went well.
-We have the record box! For when we bring records out of storage.
-If anyone wants to work at UtC Daytime over the summer, talk to Jason.

Equipment Manager:
-Things went well at RELAY FOR LIFE went smoothly for the most part.
-Planning on buying stuff soon like mic stands, cables, lasers, and other miscellaneous things.
-We have an awesome live rig. It’s awesome and loud and will blow your eardrums out.
-The studio computer: Parts have been ordered. That is underway of being alive again.
-No sound class.

-Great turn-out for last week because we teamed up with Erato.
