1.)  I<3GTWEEK: Georgia Tech bands will be putting on an afternoon show on this Friday the 13th.
Come out and support and represent Under the Couch.
The flier is on the UtC facebook page.
Spread the word with the flier and join the facebook event.
2.)  Remember to check your email for updates about practice issues.
3.) Our practice policies are getting more organized (i.e. the “practice box”, and how to get in the space if it’s not during normal daytime hours)
4.) Use the forum.

Vice President:
Talk to Tara if you want to sign up for practice times.
Make sure to check your email for updates on practice issues and such (such as drums being unavailable for use)

General Manager:
-Jason got a 100% on his Circuits test.
-If you want to work at Under the Couch over the summer: 1.) go to the student center website 2.) student center application 3.) select Under the Couch
-If you have any questions, comments or jokes email Jason.
-Keep the magazines orderly, because Jason organized them diligently in date order.

Equipment Manager:
-Ordering stuff tonight!
Fixing other monitor, woofer, and new lights that are super green and LED, mic stands, cables, microphones.
-No sound class tonight.


Booking:
-Not much to report. Bands for Saturday cancelled, so we are trying to schedule them for I<3GTWEEK on Friday the 13th.
-Workers from 6-11: Thomas, Archie

Advertising:
-Not advertising for the show, because it’s probably not happening.
-Working on stuff for I<3GTWEEK, and looking into giant banners.
We are having bands performing for I<3GTWEEK. Help to spread the word by joining the facebook event!
-If you have any ideas about advertising, talk to Amit. We are trying to expand our horizons and mediums!

IT:

Open Mic:
A 50 Year old professor comedian came to Open Mic last Thursday! He’s coming back this week for OpenMic.
Come check it out this Thursday at 8:30.
